1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping within the United States.
2. Where do you ship to?
Wherever you are, Fluffy Heaven can reach you.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery takes 10–14 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package through UPS or USPS.
5. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if unused and in its original packaging. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, Fluffy Heaven covers the cost and provides a replacement or refund.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to make changes or cancel. After processing, modifications may not be possible.
8. What if my package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive?
If your order is lost or damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if needed.
9. Payment Methods

Yes! All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. No extra taxes are collected at checkout.

12. How does the bed reach its full size?
Our beds are vacuum-packed for shipping. Shake gently and let it sit undisturbed for at least 24 hours to reach full fluffiness.
