Our beds are carefully vacuum-packed for shipping. To ensure your bed fluffs up to its full size, we recommend shaking it gently and letting it sit undisturbed for at least 24 hours before your beloved fluffy friend uses it.

Yes! We provide free standard shipping within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery takes 10-14 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey.

We want you to love your Fluffy Heaven purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In such cases, we’ll cover the cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, we may not be able to modify it.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us right away with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
